About the role
- Lead and develop regional sales and service operations team, with 4 direct team members, to meet strategic business targets for growth and profitability.
- Drive implementation of global processes and tools to improve ways of working and create local presence.
- Plan and manage resources short and long term, ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality targets.
- Identify and leverage synergies between pulp and energy operations to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with global teams to develop competences and skills for future customer demands.
- Ensure safety management, budgeting and regulatory compliance across the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant technical field
- 7+ years of experience in similar type of role in sales and/or service operations
- Proven leadership and team development skills are essential
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and cultures
- Strong strategic thinking, reporting and analyzing skills, P&L responsibility experience
- Drive and ability to implement global processes locally
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
