About the role
- Drive the development of the field and site service function in alignment with the overall business strategy
- Build and future-proof team competencies to meet evolving customer needs and expectations
- Lead planning, resourcing, dispatching, and coordination of site services within the assigned region
- Ensure successful execution of service projects and support agreements, meeting cost, schedule, and quality targets
- Oversee services, including annual and maintenance shutdowns, improvement projects, and expert field service assignments
Requirements
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Engineering field, or equivalent professional experience and competencies leading teams
- minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field
- willingness and ability to travel as needed
- candidates must be living and authorized to work in the United States and Canada
