About the role
- Lead and inspire the Treasury and Group Finance Solutions team (6–8 members)
- Define your own strategic responsibilities beyond team leadership
- Collaborate with business and IT to understand needs and prioritize demand
- Align solutions with cross-domain architecture, infrastructure, integration, and data
- Own the roadmap and budget for your solution area
- Drive lifecycle commitment by supporting our installed base with advanced digital solutions
- Promote global best practices and continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of learning through lessons learned and process excellence
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading global teams and managing complex finance IT solutions
- Degree (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) from either Finance or IT or other relevant field
- Strong understanding of treasury and group finance systems and processes
- Excellent delivery management and budgeting skills
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- A proactive, accountable mindset and passion for driving change
