About the role
- Develop and execute communication plans for Operational Finance
- Manage communication tools, channels, and actions
- Craft clear, targeted messages for diverse audiences
- Track and measure communication effectiveness
- Advise teams on communication best practices
- Oversee office processes related to communications and branding
- Work closely with Operational Finance Global Management and teams
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Comms or relevant
- Experience in global shared service centers
- Proven ability to develop and manage communication processes and tools, ideally in a publicly listed international company
- Understanding of the Valmet business model
- Professional skills in using communication tools and applications, such as LianaMailer and SharePoint
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
- Experience in coaching and driving change
- Willingness to travel
