Field Engineer

• Provide maintenance & troubleshooting of automation equipment to the assigned customers.
• Identify potential technical requirements, upgrades and training needs.
• Follow up delivery process, spare parts and warranties to ensure permanent customer satisfaction.
• Provide support and counselling for the design, maintenance and troubleshooting of System and Network for Operational Technology (OT) systems.
• Participate in the design and service for customer's Information systems and reporting tools.
• Assist the Service Manager in sales phase for quotation of services and equipment.
