About the role
- Developing and defining technical concepts together with the sales team
- Creating balance calculations and preparing technical specifications for the turbine and balance of plant equipment
- Supporting the project team especially in main equipment procurement process during execution projects
- Participating in other phases of the projects during execution or warranty time
Requirements
- MSc in Technology on thermal, energy and environmental, chemical or process engineering
- Over ten years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of power plant processes, specifically on turbines and related auxiliaries
- Knowhow on power boilers is an asset
- Work experience in a similar position within the industry is highly appreciated
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written; Finnish and other languages are a benefit
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Comfortable close collaboration with customers, understanding their needs and providing technical recommendations concisely
- Capability for detailed calculation work
- Organized and systematic working style, involved in several projects simultaneously
