About the role
- Provide organizational and administrative support for the Field Service team.
- Participate in handling quotations, call reports and Time and Labor reporting.
- Be a critical role in the smooth operation of a dynamic team, members are adaptable and exposed to many unique and variable responsibilities.
Requirements
- Assist customers with their inquiries and orders – including order entry, issuing internal and external purchase orders and invoicing.
- Load service order documentation into file management tools (M-files, Contact Center, etc)
- Coordinate and maintain resource schedule for Technical Service Representatives.
- Maintain customer safety policy documents.
- Prepare T&E Service Cost estimates for customers on routine service calls.
- Process and distribute service quotations.
- Follow up on Accounts Receivable as needed.
- Assist with Time & Labor reporting for Payroll distribution.
- Assist in tracking of agreement hours and expenses.
- Track and distribute field service reports.
- Distribute customer surveys for field service, and various Valmet Learning Services events.
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers when needed.
