• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across business units.
• Assist with managing month end close, providing hands-on support to meet month end deadlines.
• Manage team of 2 part-qualified management accountants.
• Prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis and KPI commentary.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and strategic decisions.
• Partner with department leaders to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver board-ready insights on revenue, profitability, and key business drivers.
