Serve as a lead administrator for Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Design, configure, and maintain objects, fields, flows, automation, validation rules, and dashboards.
Translate business requirements into scalable solutions in Salesforce, partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions while maintaining data integrity and access security.
Administer and optimize key GTM tools including Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, RollWorks, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Own tool setup, configuration, user provisioning, and integration with Salesforce and other systems.
Identify and implement improvements to support sales engagement, pipeline generation, and go-to-market execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, Sales, Marketing, and Business Systems to align tools and processes with GTM strategy.
Evaluate new technologies and enhancements to support revenue growth, data accuracy, and team productivity.
Lead small- to mid-sized projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support.
Maintain documentation of system architecture, processes, and integration logic.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems roles.
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud required).
Strong experience administering and integrating at least two of the following: Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, RollWorks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Proven ability to gather business requirements, propose solutions, and execute on system configurations.
Exceptional communication skills and experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
