About the role
- Research numerous online websites for applicant information including County Court Records, State Court Records, Federal Court Records and various local, state and federal government databases
- Contact various sources for additional, required case information not located online
- Compile information from all research sources into standard format for entry into Validity’s systems
- Follow all local, state, and federal laws when reporting criminal and civil records
- Follow the Fair Credit Reporting Act and complete the Research Provider exam
- Work as an effective team member, liaising with others and contributing to the overall success of the Company
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Exhibit exemplary customer service skills, with internal team members, clients, and vendors.
- Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Software savvy and technically adaptable.
- A comfort with repetitive tasks and an eye for detail in a high-volume, deadline driven environment.
