About the role
- Build, maintain, and enhance high-quality Tableau dashboards with a focus on clear storytelling, usability, and performance.
- Partner closely with business teams to understand KPIs, define reporting requirements, and translate analytical needs into scalable solutions.
- Analyze data trends, surface insights, and proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting and decision-making processes.
- Develop SQL queries and collaborate with Snowflake data models to support accurate and efficient reporting.
- Ensure data quality through validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing monitoring.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Tableau experience
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar cloud data warehouses.
- Proven ability to translate business questions into analysis, insights, and polished reporting assets.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and analytics best practices.
- Comfortable balancing dashboard development with ongoing analysis, stakeholder partnership, and problem-solving.
