About the role

  • Build, maintain, and enhance high-quality Tableau dashboards with a focus on clear storytelling, usability, and performance.
  • Partner closely with business teams to understand KPIs, define reporting requirements, and translate analytical needs into scalable solutions.
  • Analyze data trends, surface insights, and proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting and decision-making processes.
  • Develop SQL queries and collaborate with Snowflake data models to support accurate and efficient reporting.
  • Ensure data quality through validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing monitoring.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Tableau experience
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar cloud data warehouses.
  • Proven ability to translate business questions into analysis, insights, and polished reporting assets.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and analytics best practices.
  • Comfortable balancing dashboard development with ongoing analysis, stakeholder partnership, and problem-solving.
