About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- We are seeking a Contract Analyst to manage the strategic and operational lifecycle of contracts.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines, obligations, internal controls and corporate requirements.
- Support business areas and keep contractual information up to date.
- Develop performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring mechanisms.
- Act as the focal point between requesting areas, Legal, Procurement, Finance and suppliers.
- Monitor deadlines, terms, adjustments, amendments, renewals and contractual obligations.
- Map, assess and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
- Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary evidence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (completed).
- Experience in contract management and supplier management.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Power BI - Essential.
- Experience implementing contract management systems - Important.
- Experience with Legal Operations routines.
- Experience with performance indicators (KPIs).
- Systemic/holistic perspective.
- Analytical mindset.
- Good communication skills.
