About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Multidisciplinary support: Provide legal support to the data governance technical team, translating legal requirements into operational guidelines;
Consultative collaboration on products, assessing risks and proposing solutions for new projects and features;
Support the technical team responsible for responding to data subjects, including analyzing requests and defining appropriate responses;
Establish data and document retention periods aligned with legal obligations and best practices;
Support the structuring of internal processes to ensure ongoing compliance with privacy regulations;
Draft and update Privacy Policies, Cookie Policies and other data-governance documents;
Assist with legal administrative routines related to contract management;
Review contract drafts and risk matrices;
Assist in monitoring contractual deadlines and departmental requests;
Interact with internal teams to align information and track processes;
Support activities related to the Data Privacy area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Law.
Active OAB registration (required);
Experience in Privacy and Data Protection (required);
Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines;
Good communication and ability to liaise with different areas;
Organized and responsible.
PREFERRED/ADVANTAGEOUS:
Specialization and/or certification in Privacy and Data Protection;
Experience in compliance/adaptation projects and management of technology products;
Experience negotiating high-complexity contracts;
Advanced English;
