About the role
- Conduct investigations arising from reports received through the Whistleblower/Reporting Channel;
- Conduct third-party due diligence assessments, including partnerships and M&A;
- Review and update policies and procedures of the Integrity Program;
- Issue opinions on courtesies, gifts, and conflict-of-interest management;
- Recommend and support improvements to the processes and controls of the Integrity Program;
- Participate in the development of materials and training related to ethics and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or related fields;
- Proven experience in Compliance, Integrity Programs, and Whistleblower/Reporting Channels - Mandatory;
- Experience with internal investigations and risk analysis;
- Advanced English (will be assessed) - Important;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Experience with due diligence platforms, report preparation, and KPIs/metrics;
- Good communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- **DIFFERENTIALS:**
- Knowledge of Power BI;
- Postgraduate degree in Compliance and Corporate Integrity;
- Compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP-I, LEC, etc.).
