About the role

  • Conduct investigations arising from reports received through the Whistleblower/Reporting Channel;
  • Conduct third-party due diligence assessments, including partnerships and M&A;
  • Review and update policies and procedures of the Integrity Program;
  • Issue opinions on courtesies, gifts, and conflict-of-interest management;
  • Recommend and support improvements to the processes and controls of the Integrity Program;
  • Participate in the development of materials and training related to ethics and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or related fields;
  • Proven experience in Compliance, Integrity Programs, and Whistleblower/Reporting Channels - Mandatory;
  • Experience with internal investigations and risk analysis;
  • Advanced English (will be assessed) - Important;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Experience with due diligence platforms, report preparation, and KPIs/metrics;
  • Good communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • **DIFFERENTIALS:**
  • Knowledge of Power BI;
  • Postgraduate degree in Compliance and Corporate Integrity;
  • Compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP-I, LEC, etc.).
