About the role

  • Work closely with Product teams to define and evolve data-driven features
  • Develop analyses and Machine Learning models applied to product use cases (e.g., recommendation, personalization, churn)
  • Design and run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure product impact
  • Define and monitor product metrics and model performance
  • Support roadmap decisions with actionable insights
  • Ensure integration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of models in production

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Python for analysis and modeling (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, statsmodels)
  • Solid foundation in applied statistics and probability
  • Hands-on experience with supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning algorithms
  • Proficiency in SQL for data exploration, transformation, and validation
  • Experience with analytical development environments (Jupyter Notebook, VS Code, or similar)
  • Experience with Deep Learning libraries or frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras)
  • Knowledge of MLOps (model monitoring, retraining, versioning, CI/CD for data)
  • Experience with cloud data environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Familiarity with distributed processing tools (Spark)
  • Experience with orchestration and data pipelines (Airflow or similar)
