About the role
- Define and implement the corporate data analytics strategy, aligned with business objectives;
- Identify opportunities to use data to solve strategic problems and optimize processes;
- Lead end-to-end data science projects — from design to implementation and monitoring of results;
- Ensure deliveries on time, within scope and budget;
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team (analysts, data scientists and data engineers);
- Oversee data collection, analysis and interpretation, producing actionable insights;
- Present results to senior leadership, demonstrating impact and value creation;
- Evaluate and implement new data technologies and tools;
- Ensure compliance with governance, privacy and information security policies;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration or related fields;
- Proven experience in leadership roles in Data, Analytics or related areas;
- Strategic vision and strong analytical skills;
- Experience leading technical teams;
- Ability to translate complex data into business decisions;
- Innovative, collaborative and results-oriented profile.
