About the role
- Support the NOC team in monitoring environments, identifying incidents, and resolving alerts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools used.
- Participate in the deployment of new solutions and the automation of routines alongside the projects team.
- Maintain an attentive, analytical approach to identify and address occurrences in the environment.
- Work collaboratively, supporting the team in observability and automation activities.
- Assist in documenting processes and updating monitoring records.
- Work in partnership with Infrastructure, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and progress in a technical career.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, or similar).
- Understanding of Linux operating systems and networking.
- Ability to analyze logs and events.
- Basic knowledge of automation or scripting (Python, Shell, or Ansible).
- Interest in developing in the areas of observability and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with OpenSearch or OpenTelemetry.
- Academic experience, internships, or personal projects involving monitoring and automation.
- Knowledge of CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code.
- Curious mindset, with a desire to grow and contribute to the NOC's transformation.
