About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate the end-to-end administration of Atlassian partner programs, including deal registrations, incentives, and rewards programs.
  • Ensure accurate registration submission, tracking, follow-up, and issue resolution while collaborating with Sales teams, Atlassian, and vendor stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for program-related inquiries and first-level escalations.
  • Support Finance and Licensing teams by managing vendor invoice follow-up, validation, and processing activities.
  • Contribute to operational excellence through data maintenance, reconciliations, and other critical administrative tasks that support business operations.
  • Maintain accurate registration, eligibility, and program data across CRM and reporting systems.
  • Produce and distribute regular reports and dashboards on registration performance, program utilization, pipeline impact, and KPIs.
  • Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, or process gaps.
  • Maintain missing invoice tracking files and ensure visibility of outstanding vendor invoices.
  • Maintain and update process documentation, operating procedures, templates, and knowledge base content.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Licensing Operations, Vendor Management, and Atlassian stakeholders.
  • Support automation, AI-driven initiatives, and digital transformation projects aimed at increasing efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting capabilities, tools, and operational processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, partner programs administration, licensing operations, or a similar operational role.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, reporting tools, and data management processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience working within the Atlassian ecosystem or software licensing environment.
  • Knowledge of partner incentive programs, deal registrations, or vendor rebate programs.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar business systems.
  • Exposure to automation, AI tools, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Understanding of software distribution, channel sales, or partner operations.
