About the role

  • Design high-quality visual assets aligned with brand guidelines across marketing, sales and bid activity, including digital content, social media assets, event materials, presentations and marketing collateral
  • Design and maintain internal commercial documentation and playbooks, such as sales and delivery playbooks, sales portal content and internal presentations
  • Translate complex processes into clear, visually engaging assets
  • Support campaigns, events and regional initiatives across EMEA in collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Bid teams
  • Maintain and update the German website in line with approved content and brand standards
  • Adapt and localise global marketing assets for the German-speaking market, including light copy review
  • Create bespoke, opportunity-specific visuals such as infographics, diagrams, process flows, statistics, callouts and value visuals
  • Translate complex written or verbal content into compelling visuals tailored to different audiences
  • Format and finalise marketing and bid documents to a professional standard, ensuring layout quality, visual consistency, accessibility and compliance
  • Produce high-impact executive-level presentations from extended or unstructured content for customer meetings, orals and reviews
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Bid Managers to interpret briefs, campaign concepts, writing plans, win themes and evaluation criteria, proactively suggesting effective visual approaches
  • Respond effectively to feedback and manage multiple deadlines, particularly during time-sensitive bid activity

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer in a marketing, proposal or complex business environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both marketing-focused design and structured, information-heavy content
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign
  • Motion or dynamic design skills are a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for document formatting and template creation
  • Solid understanding of brand guidelines, visual storytelling, layout and typography
  • Ability to convert verbal briefs and rough concepts into polished, customer-focused visuals
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and switch between planned marketing work and fast-paced bid activity
  • Collaborative and pragmatic, focused on outcomes
  • Comfortable working independently while integrating closely with Marketing and Bid teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Native-level German proficiency
