About the role
- Lead and drive the strategic sales planning process across the region
- Ensure alignment between sales objectives, market priorities, and partner engagement
- Lead the transformation toward a solution- and outcomes-led approach
- Manage regional sales budgets and resource allocation to maximize impact and profitability
- Oversee forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and margin performance in partnership with Finance and Delivery teams
- Build and expand executive relationships with key enterprise clients
- Strengthen co-sell and co-market partnerships with Atlassian, AWS, and other ISVs
- Lead and develop a team of Territory Heads and individual sales contributors
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Delivery to deliver a cohesive go-to-market execution
Requirements
- Experienced commercial leader with a strong background in Sales, Consulting, or IT Services
- Proven ability to build and scale consulting-led businesses
- Strong strategic mindset and change leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of digital transformation, cloud, DevOps, service management, and agile enablement
- Experience leading complex enterprise deals and partner-driven growth initiatives (Atlassian, AWS, or similar ecosystems)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluency in business English; additional European language is a plus
