About the role

  • Lead and drive the strategic sales planning process across the region
  • Ensure alignment between sales objectives, market priorities, and partner engagement
  • Lead the transformation toward a solution- and outcomes-led approach
  • Manage regional sales budgets and resource allocation to maximize impact and profitability
  • Oversee forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and margin performance in partnership with Finance and Delivery teams
  • Build and expand executive relationships with key enterprise clients
  • Strengthen co-sell and co-market partnerships with Atlassian, AWS, and other ISVs
  • Lead and develop a team of Territory Heads and individual sales contributors
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Delivery to deliver a cohesive go-to-market execution

Requirements

  • Experienced commercial leader with a strong background in Sales, Consulting, or IT Services
  • Proven ability to build and scale consulting-led businesses
  • Strong strategic mindset and change leadership capabilities
  • Knowledge of digital transformation, cloud, DevOps, service management, and agile enablement
  • Experience leading complex enterprise deals and partner-driven growth initiatives (Atlassian, AWS, or similar ecosystems)
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Fluency in business English; additional European language is a plus
