About the role
- Monitor and implement internal communication plans aligned with the company's strategy
- Create and execute engagement programs to strengthen organizational culture
- Plan and implement the annual calendar of internal events
- Produce content for multiple channels (newsletters, e-mails, bulletin boards, videos, interviews, and others)
- Collaborate with internal teams and Marketing to ensure alignment, quality and deadlines
- Promote integrated communication initiatives and employer branding
- Identify improvements and propose innovative solutions for communication and engagement
- Support the organization and formalization of area processes
Requirements
- Field of study: Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or related areas
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
- Preferred education: Postgraduate studies in progress
- We are looking for someone with a strategic outlook, creativity, strong organizational skills and a high capacity for liaising and coordinating across teams.
