About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and implement internal communication plans aligned with the company's strategy
Create and execute engagement programs to strengthen organizational culture
Plan and implement the annual calendar of internal events
Produce content for multiple channels (newsletters, e-mails, bulletin boards, videos, interviews, and others)
Collaborate with internal teams and Marketing to ensure alignment, quality and deadlines
Promote integrated communication initiatives and employer branding
Identify improvements and propose innovative solutions for communication and engagement
Support the organization and formalization of area processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Field of study: Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or related areas
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
Preferred education: Postgraduate studies in progress
