About the role
- Enter and process general sales orders in the company’s computerized system;
- Create price tables in the system;
- Submit registration data for adding a new business partner;
- Maintain sales information records;
- Check and approve representatives’ orders via the system;
- Modify already entered sales orders (price, delivery date, payment terms, etc.);
- Perform follow-up on the customer portfolio (advances, extensions, coordination with other departments, etc.);
- Check stock availability;
- Create and reverse shipments;
- Track and follow up on samples;
- Monitor and analyze forecasts;
- Monitor inactive/obsolete inventory items;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Commercial Management, Business Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Experience in Commercial Back Office required;
- Previous experience in the industrial sector;
- Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, SAP;
- Familiarity with order management systems;
- Analytical skills;
