Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee all aspects of branch operations within your region
Recruit, train, and mentor Branch Managers
Lead new market launches and turnaround efforts
Own full regional P&L responsibility
Deploy full suite of services in partnership with local teams
Prepare and present operational and financial performance updates
Champion service consistency, retention, and satisfaction
Implement KPIs and streamline processes
Reinforce safety standards and protocols at every branch location
Champion regional readiness for new initiatives and operational transformation

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in regional operations with multi-location oversight and full P&L accountability
Proven success launching and turning around branch operations
Experience in multi-family services, specifically make-ready, repair & maintenance, or CapEx
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Strong background in KPI management, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership
Track record of hiring, coaching, and retaining high-performing branch-level talent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
