About the role

  • Build and maintain strong institutional relationships with executive stakeholders across assigned national accounts.
  • Secure new exclusive or preferred national partnership agreements that drive long-term revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the revenue leadership team to build and execute go-to-market strategies for national accounts.
  • Expand market share for make-ready and repair & maintenance services across assigned national partnerships.
  • Monitor and evaluate GTM strategy performance while identifying opportunities to grow share-of-wallet with existing clients.
  • Lead structured customer business reviews and provide strategic insights to strengthen partnerships.
  • Deliver strong client relationships based on trust, transparency, and MultiPro’s value proposition.
  • Manage and resolve client issues while identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
  • Develop proposals, prepare project bids, and negotiate agreements with clients.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and client data within the CRM system.
  • Represent MultiPro in the Market at industry conferences and networking events.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven success selling into the multifamily industry as either an operator or service provider.
  • Experience building relationships with institutional clients, REITs, and C-level decision-makers.
  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience targeting senior leadership and complex buying groups.
  • Strong experience managing CRM pipelines, forecasting revenue, and executing strategic sales initiatives.
  • Advanced negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive measurable results.
  • Comfort working with multiple internal teams including operations, marketing, and executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
