About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop messaging for Valerie's product suite, tailored to different buyer personas (practice administrators, C-suite, PE investors) and different product categories.
- Understand how Valerie fits in the market and arm sales with the language, battle cards, and materials to win.
- Work with sales leadership on pricing and the positioning of bundled vs. standalone product offerings.
- Create and manage production of sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, conference materials, and website copy. You should have a strong eye for design and the ability to work in Figma and direct an external partner.
- Own go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature releases: announcement copy, updated collateral, and sales talking points.
- Build materials that help reps articulate Valerie's value clearly and consistently.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all external-facing communications.
- Partner with Growth, Brand, and Sales to ensure campaigns, outreach, and conference collateral are aligned with positioning.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years of product marketing experience. B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop messaging and positioning from scratch. You can take the complex and make it a clear and compelling story for a specific audience.
- Strong collateral creation skills. You build high-quality decks, one-pagers, and case studies. You have a good eye for design and can work in Figma or similar tools.
- Experience with pricing and packaging strategy. You've worked with sales on how to position and price product offerings.
- Excellent writing. Your copy is clean, precise, and persuasive. Not corporate speak, not jargon.
- Collaborative. You listen empathically, understand what Sales, Product and CS need, and deliver work that they use.
