Requirements
- leading the industrialization of the new P1
- improving production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor)
- capitalizing and sharing the know-how of industrial processes
- participating in the design of new equipment and lines
- leading Lean design workshops
- managing production equipment introduction using IPROM
- defining acceptance criteria for new equipment or line
- performing trials on the lines and delivering reports
- monitoring QCDM and proposing improvements
- ensuring the respect of Safety and Environment procedures
