- Support the team in maintenance of CRM data
- Manage data collection and data quality
- Coordinate database management with boutiques and outlet stores
- Prepare training materials and presentations
- Monitor performances and application of guidelines
- Management and results monitoring of CRM programs
Requirements
- Master degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or Statistics
- Proficiency in Italian and/or English
- Advanced usage of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent collaboration and organizational skills
- Retail experience is considered a plus
