Develop graphic design projects from concept to completion.
Execute graphic design projects from concept through to finished assets, with guidance from senior designers when needed.
Work closely with marketing, product and sales teams to turn messaging and ideas into engaging visual content.
Design for web and digital channels (landing pages, web banners, social posts, email campaigns) as well as long-format documents such as white papers, presentations and reports.
Create and refine visual assets for print, digital advertising and internal communications.
Edit, update and adapt existing design files while maintaining brand consistency.
Share ideas and contribute to team discussions on design direction and creative solutions.
Stay aware of current design trends, tools and best practices to support efficient, high-quality outputs.
Present design concepts clearly and respond constructively to feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
Figma or Adobe XD experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Web design experience and understanding of web best practices (basic HTML/CSS knowledge desirable).
Excellent ability to interpret, challenge and work from creative briefs.
Confident presenting concepts clearly and justifying design decisions.
Skilled at gathering, interpreting and implementing feedback from multiple stakeholders.
Capable of managing several projects at once and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong eye for detail, formatting and aesthetics.
Motion graphics, 3D design, and advertising/agency background highly regarded.
