Software Engineer

• Lead and mentor geographically distributed teams in the United States, Europe, and Latin America responsible for designing, building, and operating Valcre’s platform
• Drive the effective adoption of an AI-first strategy throughout the platform and engineering processes
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to drive innovation and solve complex client challenges across our platform
• Direct best practices for designing and architecting scalable solutions, including leading design reviews, code reviews, and onboarding new technologies
• Manage platform strategy and vision for a highly-reliable and scalable premium platform
• Foster collaboration among individual teams and across the organization, identifying efficiency opportunities with AI and workflow tooling
