About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acting as a main point of contact for HR-related inquiries for all our employees and team leads;
- Responding to, and processing of, all incoming email in our HR-mailbox;
- Handle and process parental leave and other leave-related questions;
- Manage IND procedures for highly skilled migrants and occasionally assist with the 30% ruling.
- Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts to new hires, collect employee information for onboarding, and process all details in our internal HR system.
- End-to-end monitoring of the employee lifecycle;
- Providing support to employees for the enrollment and processing of benefits and the payroll process, ensuring monthly data is accurate and provided on time;
- Maintaining our employee data, to ensure a high degree of accuracy and timeliness in processing changes and new information;
- Being proactive and initiating new ideas is highly valued.
- Assess and optimize HR processes, identifying and automating those with the highest potential for efficiency gains;
- Standardize and simplify HR contracts and letters, aligning them with Valcon’s brand guidelines;
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience as an HR officer or related role.
- You adapt easily to a fast-changing work environment.
- You are hands-on and result-oriented.
- You like to work hard, but you're also in for some good banter from time to time.
- You are available 32 - 40 hours per week.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
