Key responsibilities & impact

Driving impactful business transformations, ensuring high-quality execution from strategy to acceptance within the organization;
Leading projects and ensuring effective collaboration among multi-disciplinary team members;
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at new and existing clients and aligning with their organizational objectives;
Managing and guiding consultants on projects and in their personal development;
Building and promoting Valcon with a focus on the Utilities industry.

What you’ll need

A completed academic degree in a relevant field;
Solid experience in the Utilities industry, with a strong understanding of energy sector regulations and market trends;
Proven track record for project management tasks in the Utilities industry;
For managerial level: strong leadership skills in managing teams, providing guidance and support to junior colleagues and mentoring to help develop their skills and knowledge;
Broad affinity with data-driven optimization and technological innovation;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in building and maintaining lasting client relationships;
Willingness to travel to client locations throughout the Netherlands, if required;
You're fluent in both Dutch and English.
