About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Transforming business needs into innovative IT solutions by crafting user stories and intuitive designs.
- Analysing and improving business processes to drive digital transformation.
- Supporting the delivery and implementation of IT solutions, from concept to completion.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Managing IT delivery projects in agile, hybrid, or traditional environments. Each project brings unique challenges, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad skill set and make a real impact.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A curious and eager-to-learn mindset; you look beyond the obvious.
- 2 to 8 years of relevant work experience in roles such as business analysis, IT consultancy, or project management.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Management, or Computer Science).
- Affinity with IT and technology, such as application development or low-/high-code solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with agile working is a plus.
