About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the company’s growth strategy, aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Drive new business development, focusing on high-value enterprise clients
- Own and lead the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, including pipeline generation, deal strategy, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with private equity firms and portfolio companies
- Identify and develop new markets, strategic partnerships, and service lines to expand revenue streams
- Collaborate cross-functionally (technology, finance, HR, operations) to deliver tailored solutions
- Establish and track revenue targets, KPIs, and forecasting accuracy
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform growth initiatives
- Act as a hands-on deal maker, directly contributing to pipeline creation and closure
Requirements
