About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative and coordination support to senior leadership
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Assist in preparing meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups
- Support communication management (emails, meeting requests, internal coordination)
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and leadership sessions
- Assist with travel arrangements including itineraries and documentation
- Help track action items and support execution of internal initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations, Legal)
- Support preparation of presentations, reports, and business documents

Requirements
