Key responsibilities & impact

Community Management: Develop and execute engagement strategies to revitalize the client's community platform. Monitor interactions to identify audience needs and content gaps.
Content Production & Repurposing: Draft, repurpose, and distribute social marketing content across multiple channels. Perform rough video edits (removing stutters/pauses) using tools like CapCut or Descript before final production.
Podcast & YouTube Coordination: Upload episodes and videos, customizing templates with compelling hooks and LLM-generated descriptions. Vet and schedule incoming guests and appearances.
Outreach & Market Research: Identify relevant industry podcasts and manage cold outreach via email or DMs to secure features.
Project Leadership: Lead assigned marketing initiatives to ensure strict alignment with our brand.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
3+ years of experience in Marketing & Social Media.
Proven experience in community management and multi-channel content execution.
Proficiency with quick-turn video editing tools (**CapCut** and/or **Descript**).
Familiarity with leveraging AI/LLMs for copy optimization and descriptions.
Strong communication skills for cold outreach and guest coordination.
Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
