About the role

  • Improve and manage the procurement strategy to align with company objectives
  • Oversee execution of procurement processes
  • Conduct financial modeling to optimize purchasing decisions and cost efficiencies
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and risks in the supply chain
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement operations
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Improve intelligent trading systems to maximize margin and outcompete competition
  • Work on projects that may include some or all listed procurement functions

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2)
  • Only resumes in English will be considered
  • At least 3 years of experience working in procurement or supply chain management
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • SQL (including complex queries)
  • Complex financial modeling and data analysis
  • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
  • Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
  • A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone
  • Access to a backup place of work in case of power or internet failure, plus a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)
