About the role
- Strategic consulting and hands-on support for digital transformation projects
- Developing system recommendations for modern IT landscapes (PIM, CRM, CMS, Marketing Automation)
- Point of contact for colleagues and clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Supporting project implementation in the form of a proof of concept
- Creating transparency in project progress and enabling clients to independently overcome obstacles
Requirements
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Experience supporting digital projects
- Understanding of (multi-)platform orchestration and administration, as well as API management and security
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, change management, project management, and creative workshop techniques such as Design Thinking
- Ideally experience implementing web, cloud-native, data, RPA, or cognitive platforms, including delivery and operating models such as CI/CD, microservice architecture, and Domain-Driven Design
