Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant educational background and/or a few years’ work experience in manufacturing.
Good knowledge and understanding of manufacturing and general operations processes.
Experience from LEAN production is valued.
Maturity to take on a leadership role: you have ideas on how to motivate your team, lead to their performance and the courage to intervene when needed.
Understanding of what it means to act as an employer’s representative.
Good cooperation skills to effectively work with and influence different people.
Proficiency in English.
Curiosity and a growth mindset to explore, learn, and apply AI tools in your daily work.
