Key responsibilities & impact

developing strategy and executing it to hire top talent
collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience
applying innovation to differentiate Vaisala from the competition
guiding and supporting hiring managers during recruitment process
delivering coaching and/or training to hiring managers
executing on tactical recruitment marketing and long-term employer branding activities
utilizing direct sourcing methods to attract and engage high-quality candidates
conducting phone screens and/or participating in candidate interviews
developing effective relationships with key recruitment agencies and vendors
ensuring effective tracking, monitoring and analysis of key recruiting metrics
delivering strong performance on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and driving continuous improvements
participating in talent acquisition development projects related to systems/tools and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years talent acquisition experience
Experience recruiting for technical and other hard-to-fill roles
2-3 years working with a global technology company
Lean six sigma experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, prefer MBA
