Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with an external consultant to prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for financial advisors / investment consultants.
Gather and organize data for RFPs (fees, performance, service levels, governance requirements).
Help develop comparison and scoring tools to evaluate vendor responses.
Draft summary memos and presentation materials for the fiduciary committee.
Review existing plans, policies, and insurance coverages.
Prepare clear written summaries of findings, including potential risk areas and recommendations.
Support project tracking, documentation, and meeting notes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current undergraduate or graduate student in Finance, Business, Law, Accounting, Economics, Investment Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills; comfortable working with contracts, policies, and numerical data.
Proficiency with Excel and basic data analysis.
Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize complex information in plain language.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated interest in investments, fiduciary governance, insurance, or corporate risk management.
Ability to work on‑site in Louisville, CO for the duration of the internship and to handle confidential information with discretion.
