About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, structure and develop all employee administration activities, outsourced payroll management and the HRIS
- Manage the full payroll cycle, from collecting variables to performing final checks
- Oversee the administration of interfaces and various HRIS tools
- Prepare and verify payroll in dedicated systems (HelloPaie and SILAE)
- Provide high-quality support and guidance to employees
- Manage subcontractors for the implementation and operation of HRIS tools
- Serve as the main contact for Group IT
- Supervise interfaces with finance departments
- Coordinate updates to the BDES (Company Economic and Social Data File)
- Ensure HR and administrative communication to employees
- Participate in Group projects to improve or implement new tools, interfaces or processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) or equivalent in Human Resources
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in roles related to employee administration and payroll
- Strong practical knowledge of HR and payroll processes
- Comfortable handling HR data
- Familiarity with HRIS tools and payroll management systems
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions such as IF and VLOOKUP
- Knowledge of HR and administrative processes
- Professional-level English required
