About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, structure and develop all employee administration activities, outsourced payroll management and the HRIS
  • Manage the full payroll cycle, from collecting variables to performing final checks
  • Oversee the administration of interfaces and various HRIS tools
  • Prepare and verify payroll in dedicated systems (HelloPaie and SILAE)
  • Provide high-quality support and guidance to employees
  • Manage subcontractors for the implementation and operation of HRIS tools
  • Serve as the main contact for Group IT
  • Supervise interfaces with finance departments
  • Coordinate updates to the BDES (Company Economic and Social Data File)
  • Ensure HR and administrative communication to employees
  • Participate in Group projects to improve or implement new tools, interfaces or processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) or equivalent in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in roles related to employee administration and payroll
  • Strong practical knowledge of HR and payroll processes
  • Comfortable handling HR data
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools and payroll management systems
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions such as IF and VLOOKUP
  • Knowledge of HR and administrative processes
  • Professional-level English required
