About the role

  • Drives consistent and high-quality UX design for the Vaisala products and systems.
  • Responsible for developing UX design competence including practices, tools, processes, and quality standards.
  • Plans and manages the work with product teams and stakeholders.
  • Conducts and supports UX design initiatives across product, system, and company-wide levels.
  • Acts as a counterpart to the Design System team, collaborating closely with them.

Requirements
