About the role

  • Increase growth and profitability of our Energy business unit in the Central EMEA region
  • Close collaboration with the direct sales team
  • Development and support of the dealer network
  • Support and management of key accounts
  • Analysis of new markets
  • Management and coordination of activities with international key accounts
  • Communicate market requirements and customer feedback to the product management team
  • Define and align marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing and business management teams

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in international systems and solutions sales and in channel management
  • Experience with power transformers is an advantage
  • Excellent ability to understand and capture customer needs
  • High energy and a strong passion for sales and growth
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent German and English
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in a technical or business field
