About the role
- Represent the Finance & Control organization in Industrial Measurements’ AMER and Xweather business units
- Proactively influence AMER business decisions by translating financial performance into actionable insights through planning, analysis, and reporting
- Support the Xweather subscription business by providing financial steering, sales performance transparency, and business control expertise aligned with subscription/SaaS business needs
- Provide accurate and timely planning, reporting, and analysis of the units' business performance
- Manage the budgeting and long-range planning process for the units
- Monitor and control financial risks and opportunities
- Define, measure, and analyze KPIs
- Provide financial support for Industrial Measurements AMER and Xweather organizations
- Oversee Brazil entity financials (e.g. period-end close, reporting, and cash flow forecasting), with operational execution delivered by an outsourced finance service provider
- Serve as the primary interface to the provider and centralized finance process owners
- Participate in development initiatives and projects, e.g., geographical expansion
- Participate in the design, execution, and monitoring of the Xweather sales incentive model, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clarity for the sales team
Requirements
- Couple of years’ experience in business controlling
- Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive, results-oriented attitude
- Ability to work effectively with sales teams and translate commercial performance into actionable financial insights
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strong influencing and persuasion capabilities
- Ability to drive change initiatives and development activities
- fluency in Portuguese is an asset
