Full-stack Engineer

• Design and Extend Automation Frameworks: Build maintainable, modular test infrastructure in Python, Perl, Java, or Ruby that adapts to evolving APIs and systems.
• Develop Advanced Test Suites: Own automation for complex functional, integration, and regression scenarios across distributed microservices and telephony systems.
• Validate Real-Time Systems: Contribute to test harnesses that validate signaling flows (SIP, RTP, SDP, WebRTC) and API transactions under varying network conditions.
• Enhance CI/CD Integration: Implement, optimize, and maintain automated test pipelines in Jenkins or similar systems, including containerized and Kubernetes-based environments.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with developers, QA peers, and DevOps engineers to ensure tests are integrated early in the release cycle and deliver meaningful insights.
• Analyze Failures & Root Causes: Use log aggregation tools, packet captures, and dashboards (e.g., Kibana, Grafana) to diagnose failures and improve coverage or resiliency.
• Contribute to Test Data & Metrics: Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to generate and validate test data, interpret automation results, and measure performance.
• Mentor & Share Knowledge: Help guide junior engineers in automation practices, framework design, and debugging strategies.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in test coverage, reliability, and efficiency—propose and implement technical solutions that raise QA maturity.

Technical Project Manager

• Partner closely with Business, Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, and other key leaders to establish project scope, timeline, technical direction, and success metrics for projects. Projects will include building new product features, creating new applications, expanding platform capabilities, and tooling enhancements that will improve customers’ experience or engineering velocity.
• Deliver Engineering objectives by executing the projects and providing visibility to resource allocation and prioritization. Develop frameworks for execution and adapt to the team’s needs & context.
• Develop a full understanding of our technical stack, the interdependencies, and contribute to designs to ensure they are scalable, reliable, and efficient.
• Track, prioritize, and execute projects, enhancements, or bugs from the team backlog.
• Manage timely and succinct communications to leadership and across teams to ensure accountability and timeline management.
• Document project artifacts, including work steps, deployments, release notes, and monthly reporting.
• Gain sign-off from user-acceptance testing and coordinate releases.
• After project completion, facilitate retrospective meetings.

Technical Project Manager II

Payroll

• Responsible for the full multi-state payroll administration including but not limited to assuring accurate record of hourly pay, salaried, and PTO (Vacation, Sick, Floating, FMLA, Parental leaves).
• Be the primary point of contact for all Payroll and Benefits interactions with employees.
• Ensure the onboarding and offboarding process for all types of employees (full-time, contract, internship), is accurate and up to date in the payroll and benefit systems and reviewing the benefit statements are accurate for payment.
• Analyze company policies and procedures and assist with developing documentation and policy implementation and administration.
• Manage payroll and benefit documentation and make annual, quarterly, or monthly updates based on changes to policies or employee base.
• Reviews monthly benefits invoices and prepares them for payment, maintains and files documentation, and creates ad hoc accounting reports.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors or relevant team members.
• Update HR systems and platforms with up-to-date salary, title, and other employee-related information.
• Takes an interest in continuous improvement including reviewing and recommending new HRIS systems.
• Manage the open enrollment process including supporting employees, setting up changes and functions in the payroll system, working with external vendors, and propose benefit changes with corresponding costs.
• Train team members on payroll processing and benefit administration to ensure sufficient backup support.
