About the role
- Advise and develop existing customers and expand after‑sales business activities
- Identify potential and acquire new customers
- Take responsibility for the entire sales process, from preparing offers and negotiating prices to closing contracts
- Work closely with internal sales and colleagues from field sales
- Use the CRM system to maintain customer information and drive business development
- Analyze, evaluate and report business figures and derive sales strategies
- Conduct market and competitor analyses
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training with additional qualification or a degree in business or engineering
- Professional experience in sales, preferably in a medium‑sized manufacturing company with international business relations
- Experience in service sales is desirable
- Technical understanding as well as a confident manner, strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs, experience with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) and ideally user experience with SAP
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
- Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license (Class B)
