About the role

  • Advise and develop existing customers and expand after‑sales business activities
  • Identify potential and acquire new customers
  • Take responsibility for the entire sales process, from preparing offers and negotiating prices to closing contracts
  • Work closely with internal sales and colleagues from field sales
  • Use the CRM system to maintain customer information and drive business development
  • Analyze, evaluate and report business figures and derive sales strategies
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training with additional qualification or a degree in business or engineering
  • Professional experience in sales, preferably in a medium‑sized manufacturing company with international business relations
  • Experience in service sales is desirable
  • Technical understanding as well as a confident manner, strong communication skills and persuasiveness
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs, experience with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) and ideally user experience with SAP
  • Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license (Class B)
