About the role
- Develop strong knowledge of the conductor rail business and market information related to VAHLE products
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare estimations, and submit quotations for system spares
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by advising them on VAHLE products and services
- Maintain accurate records of accounts, opportunities, quotations, projects, contacts and correspondence in company databases
- Actively follow up and manage submitted quotations to drive successful closures
- Work closely with colleagues in Germany
- Provide support for warehouse activities as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BE Electrical) or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in technical/industrial sales (Automative and Intralogistics sector)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team
- Experience with SAP and MS Excel will be an added advantage
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
