About the role

  • Develop strong knowledge of the conductor rail business and market information related to VAHLE products
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare estimations, and submit quotations for system spares
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by advising them on VAHLE products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts, opportunities, quotations, projects, contacts and correspondence in company databases
  • Actively follow up and manage submitted quotations to drive successful closures
  • Work closely with colleagues in Germany
  • Provide support for warehouse activities as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BE Electrical) or a related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of experience in technical/industrial sales (Automative and Intralogistics sector)
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team
  • Experience with SAP and MS Excel will be an added advantage
  • Fluency in Hindi and English.
