About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and interpret month-end financials to provide clear insights that guide resort-level decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
Proven track record of translating financial data into actionable insights and driving business outcomes.
Strength in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience in hospitality, real estate, HOA management, or property management preferred.
