About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process high-volume weekly payrolls across multiple entities and pay groups with speed and accuracy.
Reconcile payroll data, taxes, deductions, and adjustments across Paylocity, and proprietary systems.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to identify and resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
Develop and maintain audit-ready reports and documentation to support compliance, audits, and tax filings.
Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze, validate, and reconcile large datasets, ensuring data integrity and payroll accuracy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of payroll experience in a high-volume, multi-state environment.
Hands-on expertise with Paylocity; or similar systems ADP workforce now, Paycom, Paycor experience with additional proprietary systems preferred.
Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, nested formulas, data validation, reconciliation).
Deep understanding of wage and hour laws, payroll compliance, and best practices.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to confidentiality and precision.
