About the role
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, security, and configurations
- Design and maintain workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation to streamline processes
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and best practices across all Salesforce objects
- Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for leadership
- Support and train users to increase adoption and efficiency
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Technical Architect and IT on system enhancements and integrations
- Optimize workflows and empower users to get the most from the platform
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience with Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud a plus
- Proven ability to design scalable Salesforce solutions in a multi-department environment
- Experience with automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules) and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with technical and non-technical teams
